Heated Burn
Heated Burn is a high-energy, full-body conditioning class in a warm studio (about 95–100°F). You’ll move through athletic circuits—think lunges, squats, pushes/pulls, core work, and cardio bursts—using bodyweight and light dumbbells or bands. The heat accelerates your warm-up, keeps muscles pliable, elevates heart rate, and amplifies the sweat factor for a powerful, efficient session.
All levels are welcome. Coaches offer low-impact options and progressions so you can dial intensity up or down. Expect a quick warm-up, 2–3 focused work blocks, a core finisher, and a brief cooldown. Come hydrated and bring a towel, water, and a mat. Consistent practice boosts stamina, muscular endurance, metabolic burn, and total-body tone—while building mental grit in the heat. If you’re heat-sensitive or have medical concerns, check with your provider first.
