Heated Sculpt

Heated Sculpt is a strength-focused class in a warm studio (about 90–95°F) that blends yoga flow with light dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight training. Expect compound, low-impact movements—squats, lunges, presses, planks—sequenced to music to keep your heart rate up while you build lean muscle. The heat helps warm tissues quickly, increase mobility, and intensify the sweat—so you’ll feel both sculpted and energized without the joint pounding of high-impact cardio.

Come hydrated and bring a towel, water, and a mat. Trainers cue options for all levels, with progressions for more challenge and modifications if you’re new to heat or strength work. Consistent practice improves core stability, posture, and total-body tone while boosting metabolic burn. If you have heat sensitivity or medical concerns, check with your provider first—otherwise, breathe, pace yourself, and enjoy the glow.
