NON-HEATED BURN
Non-Heated Burn is a full-body conditioning class at room temperature—no heat, all intensity. You’ll move through athletic circuits and cardio bursts (think squats, lunges, pushes/pulls, step-ups, jump-ropes or low-impact swaps) using bodyweight plus light dumbbells or bands. The focus is steady effort, clean form, and smart pacing to build muscular endurance and elevate heart rate without the added stress of a hot room.
All levels welcome. Coaches offer low-impact and advanced options so you can tailor intensity. Expect a dynamic warm-up, 2–3 work blocks targeting legs, back/shoulders, and core, a brief finisher, then cooldown and mobility. Consistent practice improves stamina, total-body tone, and metabolic burn—perfect if you prefer crisp technique and breath control over heat. Bring water, a towel, and a mat.
