Non-Heated Sculpt is a strength-focused, room-temperature class that blends yoga flow with light dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight training. Without the added heat, the emphasis is on clean form, time-under-tension, and controlled tempo—think squats, lunges, presses, planks, and core work sequenced to build lean muscle and stability while staying low-impact.

Expect a brief mobility warm-up, 2–3 sculpt blocks targeting glutes/legs, back/shoulders, and core, then a slow cool-down. Trainers offer progressions and modifications for every level, making it ideal for anyone who prefers precision over heat. Consistent practice improves posture, joint integrity, and muscular endurance—leaving you strong, balanced, and energized. Bring a mat, water, and optional towel.
